The 630 wild red deer and 350 fallow deer roam freely. The best viewing period is the autumn rut (October to November) when stags are most visible.
Parking: Car parks inside the park charge £2 to £3 per hour. Free cycling routes cross the park. Bus routes 371 and 65 run to the park boundaries.
