eTicketsz is an information and tools platform. We provide fare calculators, journey planners, comparison tools, and travel guides. We are not a travel agent, airline, railway, bus operator, or ticket seller, and we do not sell or issue tickets. Bookings are completed on third-party provider websites.
Fares, schedules, and availability change constantly and vary by provider, route, and date. Our tools give estimates and general guidance and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm details on the official provider's website before booking or travelling.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised access.
Paid plans unlock premium AI tools and are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Use the service lawfully. Do not scrape or copy content by automated means, reverse-engineer our tools, overload our systems, bypass plan limits, or post unlawful or infringing content.
The eTicketsz platform, content, and branding are our intellectual property. Airline, railway, event, and other names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced for information only. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that information or AI results will be accurate, complete, or current. See our Disclaimer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eTicketsz is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from missed travel, cancellations, price differences, or third-party bookings. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the prior 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you rights in your country of residence.
