Refund Policy

1. What This Covers

This policy applies to paid subscription plans for our premium AI tools. Most tools are free to use; this policy applies only to paid plans.

Important — ticket refunds: eTicketsz does not sell tickets. Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for flights, trains, buses, or event tickets are handled entirely by the airline, operator, or event provider you booked with, under their policy. Our Refund & Exchange tool can help you understand a provider's rules, but we cannot issue refunds for tickets we did not sell.

2. Eligibility (Subscriptions)

Refund requests for a subscription must be submitted within 7 days of the initial charge. Annual plan refunds are prorated. Refunds are not available for accounts that violated our Terms.

3. How to Request

Email info@eticketsz.com with your account email and reason, or use our Contact page. We process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Subscription periods cancelled after the 7-day window (except where required by law)
Third-party tickets or bookings (handled by the provider)
