Account data — your name and email when you register. Tool inputs — the origins, destinations, dates, and ticket details you enter into our fare and journey tools to get results. Subscription data — plan and billing details for paid plans (payment handled securely by our provider; we never store full card numbers). Usage & technical data — pages and tools used, IP address, browser, and device.
The details you enter into tools like the Fare Calculator and Journey Planner are processed by our AI provider to generate results. We don't use these inputs to build a personal profile, and we don't sell them.
To provide and improve our tools and content, manage your account, process subscriptions, respond to enquiries, send updates you've opted into, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.
We share data only with providers who process it on our behalf: our AI provider (for tool results), our email provider (SendGrid), our payment provider (for subscriptions), and our hosting provider — each under contract. We may also disclose data where required by law.
eTicketsz provides information and tools — actual bookings are made on airline, railway, bus, or event-provider websites. When you leave our site to book, that provider's own privacy policy governs the data you share with them.
